I exaggerate the tittle a little bit. For someone who's just months ago been doing the kneading, who am i to speak about the process of making super soft and chewy Chapati bread, but there is no rule in showing off right? haha.. so here they are my super soft and chewy Chapati bread,

the secrets?

make sure you make a very smooth dough just as Bhavna said in her video

for the recipe i found my best measurement between the flour, water , oil and salt as below:

1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup water
2.5 tbs oil (coconut oil is the best)
1/4 tsp salt

this bread is addictive! never imagine before that it is extremely easy to make at home. You can even make mini 'pizza' adding mozarella and slices of meatballs just like the picture above, or you can make the dipping. If you interested to make the dipping just like in the picture, here's the recipe:

3 tomatoes chopped
oil to cook
5 tbs barbecue sauce
5 tbs beef stock
4-5 huge meatballs slice thinly
200 gr mozarella

direction:
1. heat the oil in a pan add meatballs, stir fry until light brown then add chopped tomatoes, barbecue sauce and beef stock, cook until the tomatoes are tender then mash the tomatoes with fork or spoon. cook until the sauce become thick. add mozarella then wait until melt then take off the stove and serve.

For me, making this bread at home is heaven. Great substitute for rice and adding excitement to the home :) Enjoy!
